Everything below is included in the monthly price and agreed before we start, so you always know exactly what you have.
Supplies. We buy and bring everything we clean with, at our cost. The paper, soap and towels your people use are on your account, and we keep them stocked, with every refill logged, so you never get the call.
We are built for the office. A law firm, an accounting practice, an insurance agency — the floors your clients cross, the restroom they use before a meeting, the kitchen your own people share. Small enough that one standard, held every night, is what the building is judged on. That is the work we do.
The same standard holds in a real estate office, a retail floor or a showroom: the entrance, the glass and the floor a customer crosses before anything else.
For large floors, we are building partnerships with manufacturers of cleaning robots. We are not tied to any one brand, so nothing pushes us toward the wrong machine, and we check each one ourselves: how reliable it is, whether it can be serviced in Massachusetts, and whether it suits your floors.
We will propose a robot only when it lowers your cost. Where it would not, we will say so, and our crew keeps doing the work to the same written scope.
